The values and norms demonstrated and promoted by SANJAL can be categorized as:
‘Values’ in Sanjal signify the core beliefs and guiding principles that inform all actions and decisions, whereas ‘ norms’ indicate standard of conduct from those values how members should interact and behave within the organization to achieve its goals. Norms are expected ethical behaviors and conduct throughout all activities. Hence, Sanjal has formulated following values and norms within designated strategic plan.

– Belief that Reciprocal relationship is the way of reaching soul of other.
– Reciprocal Respectful and good relation among target groups, donor or development partners, stakeholders’ entity and team.

– Respect the right of information about the institution.
– Recognized that institutional transparency is the foundation of belief and commitment of making each work opened and transparent.
o Participatory Democracy:
– Democratic system the original rite.
– Respecting the thought of everyone.
– Inclusive democratic institution ruled by law rather than individual.
– Encouragement for Promotion and practice of democratic rite and culture at all level.

– Good character, frugality and devotion to the doer for specific identity, besides cradle as an ideal to equality, humanity, justice and fraternity for service.
