Objectives

Objectives:

Support for capacity building to implement good governance of local institution, access over external resource and project.
Transform marginalized and disadvantaged communities through capacity building of community organization by creating partnerships for mutual sharing between member organization as well as facilitating connections to external resources agencies.
Support in development of own community of local organizations and increase essential capacity for people service.
Make able for partnership with development partners increasing good-governed, economy and institutional effectiveness to local organizations.
Cooperate to participate in mainstreaming of community development to the poor and marginalized community through strong and sustainable local institutions.
Develop the capacity of identifying legal, human and economic aspects of affiliated intuitions in Sanjal and facilitate working as bridge of affiliated organization.

2. Specific Objectives

To strengthen the capacity of affiliates in effectively responding to the needs of the community they serve especially facilitating peace and reconciliation in the community.
To enable the environment of generating mutual support from within the network and ouside the network to improve performance.
To explore opportunities for establishing partnership of affiliates with funding partners and outside the country.
To facilitate organizational development with special reference to governance of affiliates.
To build the capacity of affiliate NGOs to educate marginalized people on civil and political rights.
To build the capacity of Sanjal in terms of governance and management
